Das Orchester

Von der Presse als “das Ensemble, das die Musik in Europa revolutioniert” (Ticino Welcome) beschrieben, ist das United Soloists Orchestra ein Schweizer Sinfonieensemble, das 2017 im Tessin gegründet wurde. Das Ensemble vereint junge virtuose Solisten aus Europas renommiertesten Institutionen, darunter das Tonhalle-Orchester Zürich, das Teatro alla Scala und das Royal Concertgebouw.

Radikal anders als ein traditionelles Orchester wird das Projekt dafür gefeiert, die Grenzen zwischen musikalischen Genres aufzubrechen. Ihre Aufführungen werden als “Explosion des Lebens” (laRegione) beschrieben und verbinden höchstes technisches Niveau mit einem reifen, soliden und höchst expressiven Klang. In ihrer einzigartigen Programmierung dialogiert Beethoven mit den Bee Gees und Tschaikowsky umarmt Coldplay — und schafft eine Atmosphäre, in der, wie die Medien schreiben, “es nicht nur Musik ist: es ist Magie!” (Ticino Welcome).

This is not a niche Latin concert, but a global disco experience, inspired by Latin rhythms and international pop culture. A musical journey through Spain, Brazil, Colombia, Puerto Rico and beyond — bringing generations and cultures together in one great celebration.

The concert is perfect for families, students, adults and music lovers of all ages. We recommend enjoying an aperitivo before the concert to get into the right mood — and as some concerts take place during the carnival season, festive accessories and colorful outfits are more than welcome.

About the Orchestra

Described by the press as “the ensemble that revolutionizes music in Europe” (Ticino Welcome), the United Soloists Orchestra is a Swiss symphonic ensemble founded in 2017 in Ticino. The ensemble unites young virtuoso soloists from Europe’s most prestigious institutions, including the Tonhalle-Orchester Zürich, Teatro alla Scala and the Royal Concertgebouw.
